I want to thank Andre Engelbrecht for tirelessly assisting with my claim during this lock down. All I need from an agent is to be kept informed and Andre did exactly that I knew where my claim was at all times. I knew when there were problems. I knew when it was approved. I knew when payment would be made. Andre made it so easy I knew I was in good hands. (And they were sanitized) just a joke.
