Today I had to remove a vehicle off my policy and add a new one, it wasn't as simple as that, as the tracking device needed to be removed and deactivated and a new one added. With it being so close to Christmas it is not easy to find a technician that is available, the first technician that was available was only for next year but Romeo Ramonti went out of his way to find a technician that could urgent remove tracking device tomorrow before the car gets handed over to the dealer.
