A customer retained!
I was assist by 3 Discovery employees. In Servicing: Elsie(sp) and Nokulunga. In Retentions: Mwaka. All three of them were absolutely fantastic! Their good service and level of professionalism restored my faith in Discovery, which beginning to wane. Thank you, ladies!
