A complete twist on my view on Consultants.....

I actually called in regarding my inability to use a DQ Mapper ...but over and above getting assistance with my query, the gentlemen revealed conditions on my policy that I had ignored the importance of when I took out the the policy which included the adding another driver and insuring Household goods/asset, importance of saving DQ point for access and even how to accumulate DQ points. it has always been my view that any sales consultant is looking for commission and this has always been proven by the direction the conversation will always go with them....but Nthato made me look at this profession differently....what a good attitude, it even feels like I know him...No it feels like we are friends.... \Nthato if you will get to see this I would really like to commend you for your attitude
