A complement that is well deserved!

We recently experienced a theft in my home and I was naturally quite distraught as a result of the loss in my valuables. I was assisted by Ms Jane Legodi (Direct Claims Consultant) with the processing of claim. She was very sympathetic towards me and at no point treated me like a ******** in my time of need (which I hear can be the case with some insurers).
