a calm voice does wonders!

My insurance claim had gone horribly wrong. I called Discovery and got through to Annalise Anthony who dealt with it the most pleasant and efficient manner imaginable. I must admit i was a little hot under the collar but in a matter of a few minutes Annalise sorted the whole thing out and completely calmed me down. This lady is a gem and an asset. Hang on to her! I need to take a leaf from her book today!
