A breath of fresh air!

I recently took out insurance with Discovery Insure (via an insurance broker), with activation thereof set for the beginning of the following month.<br> <br> I was contacted telephonically by Kelebogile Motau (at Retentions) to confirm my details and to set up an appointment for the delivery and installation of my DQ Track. She explained to me that Discovery strives to ensure that the details on their system are correct prior to the policy being effected. It was very refreshing to see such a pro-active approach, and a display of care for attention to detail by Discovery.<br> <br> Adding to that, I was very impressed by the manner in which Kelebogile conducted herself. She was friendly, courteous and helpful throughout the whole process. I particularly liked the fact that she first asked me if I had time to take the call before she got into the conversation, which displayed professionalism. I thoroughly enjoyed our interaction. <br> <br> Well done to Kelebogile and Discovery Insure! <br> <br>
