A bitter sweet departure

<p>It is with a heavy heart, albeit heavier pocket that I write this review. This year's anniversary increases prompted me to seek insurance with another insurer. Discovery was unable to match the new rate, but it was an extremely presurable dealing with Ebrahim and some of the other really awesome people in the retentions department. Ebrahim worked efficiently and effectively in assisting me with my outstanding queries and concerns. He was warm, yet professional. I did ask him if I could take him with me to my new insurer but he said he was loyal to Discovery :). We definitely need more people like him around. I wish Ebrahim all the best with all of his future endovours. What an awesome guy!</p>
