An Agent assisted with retrieving a cross-border letter on Advisor A360 system. showed me various ways to retrieve the letter and explained why it would not download and to ensure that it downloads what are the things I would need do. She assisted me with the smile, and I could pick it up on the other side of the phone and she was patient, friendly, built rapport whenever I was having hustles with the system to keep the conversation flowing and no awkward moments.
