A 5 star rating but only because of the fact that Natasja was amazing & able to sort the situation out.

I have my short term insurance with Discovery Insure and have never had a problem, (in fact they have always been amazing, ) with them until I had a household claim. The initial response to my situation was somewhat less than acceptable, however when I managed to get hold of Natasja she had the situation sorted out within 48 hours. Thank you Natasja. Discovery Insure you really should have more staff like her.
