I cancelled my account on the 28th with a broker with the call being recorded and was told it would be, I even sent an email for confirming the account would be cancelled, I get notified by my bank that I am being charged at midnight and an additional fee, I contacted 2 people at discovery and not one of them could assist me, I have been told to wait until 8am to get hold of someone to report this as *****.
