8 weeks later, still no conclusion to vehicle repair claim.

I registered a claim for the repair of my vehicle on the 3rd of June 2021. The repair of my car has still not been concluded to date. The courtesy car hire company contracted with Discovery Insure has informed me that the courtesy car needs to be returned on Friday the 30th of July. 8 weeks later and I still need to follow up regularly for updates. The process has been draining and exhausting. I am passed the point of extreme frustration, I am now despondent. All I want is for this process to be concluded and for my vehicle to be returned.
