8 days and counting to get a vehicle on cover

I am very sad personally to be writing this review. I have been trying now for 8 days and counting, without any success to reinstate cover on my son's vehicle, which was written off after a relatively small bumper bashing when someone drove into the back of his vehicle. The vehicle came off cover on Monday 17 February, We had it repaired at an insurance approved panel beater and have been trying since Thursday 27 February. Discovery requested a Dekra report - ia confirmed the report they wanted and was told a "Road worthy". I obtained it same day at R900. The promised to get back to me within 4 working hours, but after enquiring the only emailed a request for another Dekra report (now the "condition report" after hours on Friday. Despite the best efforts of Prince S in complaints, another R1200 later and more time off work we obtained and emailed the condition report on Wednesday 5 March. It is now the second Friday afternoon, 8 days later, and the vehicle is still not on cover while we are waiting for feedback from "Risk management" and "The Underwriters" and "The Specialist". I have poured heart and soul into this insurance and I have played by the rules since 1 June 2011, the day when Discovery Insure launched- is this where I move my cover?
