6 months to settle a claim (STILL waiting)

Accident was in the end of JANUARY, today we are half way through JUNE and they STILL DID NOT SETTLE THE CLAIM!

I'll some it up for you: - minimum payment to FIX my car, NOT replacing it back to the way I was before the accident - Very timeous process - No communication - No courtesy car or any empathy - Discovery making a calculation mistake and I have to pay for that too! - 28th of January accident - sent my car in for repairs BEFORE EASTER! Still waiting for Discovery!!! - Contract is only applicable to me and not Discovery.

Maybe I'll have a car by Christmas! USELESS INSURANCE!

NO empathy for me struggling without a car!
