6 Calls, 2 Hours, Still No Cancellation – Broken Promises from Discovery

I am trying to cancel my motor, content, building, and mechanical warranty policies. After 6 phone calls and a 2 hours on the phone on Monday, 20 April '26, the agent confirmed telephonically that the policy was cancelled effective 30 April '26 as requested and undertook to e-mail the confirmation of cancellation. I have checked online to see if my policy has been cancelled, which it also has not been. I would simply like an e-mail address I can e-mail my resignation to. I’ve spent hours going out of my way trying to figure out how to resign. This is following a number of repudiated claims, whose status I've spent hours telephonically trying to confirm. Each time their explanation is vague, Discovery undertakes to e-mail repudiation letters and fails to do so.
