5Star service to Discovery and Ms Mathabathe

On Sunday, the 3rd of March, our family had a sudden emergency while driving home through Vredekloof, when the clutch cable of our car suddenly broke. Well, there we were stranded in the middle of the road. I phoned my insurer, which is Discovery. The lady who answered the call, was Moloko Mathabate. Well, with her professionalism and expertise in her work, she quickly took control of the situation and put me at ease. She assured me that she had assigned Master tow trucks and that they will be at the scene soon. Within ten minutes Master Tow Trucks arrived and loaded the car onto the truck. Ms Mathabate phoned me again while Master tow trucks was busy loading the car. I would really like to thank Ms Mathabate for reaching out to us and assisting us in the way that she did. Now this was 5Star service. Thank you also to Discovery for employing people who know what to do when the situation arises.
