50 days has gone an Discovery Insure is still assessing the claim for a MV

To day is 50 days since my vehicle met with an accident and Discovery Insure has failed to finalise the claim. MY REF NO. *** I have communicated with numerous representatives all I get from some is they looking into the matter and will advise. Discovery appointed a panel beater who has advised vehicle is not economical to repair yet no response has been received. They use Auction Nation who is the assessor they also failed to perform a proper assessment on the onsite and the panel beater has found numerous damages not identified by the assessor.

This is the worst experience in my life with Discovery Insure. They dont response nor do they work efficiently and effectively . Some of there representatives are rude and have no respect
