Hi had a great experience via email from Abigail Kemp who was handling my claim for my portable possession. Initially I was charged an excess of R1000, but according to the rule if you have a receipt load on the vault the excess would not need to be paid. I phone there call center and person by the name of Khosi was very rude and merely shrugged it off and said I need to pay the excess.

Abigail assisted me via email and after finding my receipt waived my excess fee and paid the full value of the item.

Thank you Abigail. Khosi needs some love and care to treat his clients well.
