Zunaid Joseph gave a fantastic client experience! I called this morning with a flat tyre on my SUV as couldn't get the spare wheel down. He quickly dispatched road side assistance and kept in contact with me on a regular basis to let me know who would be coming to assist and then further follow ups to check that they had arrived and a little later to find out whether I was on the road again and happy with the service of the road side assistance received.
