Zunaid Joseph was just an absolute star! He assisted me with my burst geyser issue and arranged a plumber in no time. He even followed up and was personally dissatisfied when the first plumber took too long and sent a new one from the same SP. This just showed that he insists on the highest standards and is a true asset to the business. My issue was resolved, including a new geyser fitted by 15h30 on the same day.
