I am writing to convey my gratitude for the excellent customer service I experienced at from Discovery Insure, I contacted them and was lucky enough to encounter one of their employees Phindile Dlamini. Throughout our conversation she was courteous and helpful and went out of her way to ensure that all my needs were met. I would also like to thank Ophelia Mbhenyani for waiving my excess after a successful claim recovery from the third party. Keep up the good work
