5 months car it been in panel beater no updates

I trusted discovery insurance with all my heart, i have car insurance with discovery of which my car was involved in car accident in march 2022 since today the car is not fixed its been with panel beaters and the courtesy car was only allocated for a month.

I have been stranded for 5 months now, worst part only to find out the parts were only ordered in June. You expect me to pay for car that is sitting that is not moving. the reason for insurance is for accident how will be the car be in accident while sitting.

The is not even update that I'm getting from discovery about my car. i am the one who call discovery to find out about update or status of the vehicle of which its been sitting nothing was done. I tried to call you discovery the only say hold they will find out from panel beater when you call what is the turn around to fix the problem on your client car i even ask to speak one of the supervisors. i need my car its been long i been stranded. im tired of paying something that is not moving.
