Most useless people ever! The DQ-tracking doesn't work, asking why, you get no feedback. They don't pay for the delivery and licence fees on the contract if the car is a write-off. I had to pay out of pocket to get the spare key to them as that was never arranged. The policy was never updated after the accident. Now I've been struggling to get my money back for more than 2 months with constant excuses.
