5.5 weeks and I still don't have my car back!

My vehicle was in an accident on the 15th of May and I have still not received my vehicle back. At first the assessment on the damage took a ridiculous 2 weeks and the vehicle has been at the panel beaters for 3 and a half weeks. I have been hearing I will get my car back tomorrow for the last week and a half. At first it was early last week then definitely by Friday last week and now we are already half way through the next week. I am tired of hearing the same thing and not seeing any results. I have been sitting without a car for a week and a half as I had to give my rental car back after 4 weeks.
