4th COMPLAINT - ROTTEN FRUITS COURTESY OF DISCOVERY INSURE - HOME INSURANCE DIVISION

The home contents division of Discovery Insure provides appalling customer service; two weeks have passed and the contents have still not been replaced. Nobody wants to assume any sort of obligation.

They claim to be the best and can handle claims within 24 hours, but are unable to. This is the first insurance company I have dealt with that offers poor service. Outsurance and Dial Direct were excellent with customer service.

Please conclude the claim and replace the household items that were taken from my home on February 25, 2023, by your supplier. Keneiloe Makgalemele, Nthabiseng Matsemela, and the gentleman going by the name of Sibusiso.
