Very disappointed. I have come to the conclusion that their main goal is not to pay out. My claim was rejected because I did not complete the witness part which is optional. Why did they make it optional if is mandatory? Why did they not ask me to submit after??. Do not expect to receive any communication from them. They do not communicate.
