40% premium increase 3 months after signing up!!!

I am very unhappy with how my policy was handled. My Premium was increased by 40% just 3 months after registering, and the only explanation given is that "Information was incorrectly captured", what information and why is that my problem. The premise of me moving my car insurance to you was the fact that you gave me a R200 monthly saving on my premiums from the previous insurance. Now you just increased it by R600, I asked that you increase my excess by to my previous insurance amount but we are still R400 over the premium i signed up for. I honestly feel ****med because it was as if you wanted to beat my current insurance so that I can join and you pull this nonsense 3 months later. The worst part is that your consultant admitted that the issue was not on my side, but now it has to be my financial PROBLEM?! If this is not resolved before my next premium Discovery can forget about me for all their products, Bank, Medical aid and tracker.
