4 months and still waiting
The repaired vehicle was cleared for collection, but was not in a drivable state. We were advised to leave the vehicle for Discovery to get an independant assessment of the vehicle. Netassess did the aesthetic assessment (and requested the bumper be redone) but are not insured to drive the vehicle. It was requested to send the vehicle to the agents or the AA for mechanical soundness. Fulufhelo Sadiki is the claims administrator allocated. I have not had any response telephonically or on email after many many calls and emails. There has been no response either to Netassess or my broker. I still do not have my vehicle and don't know what to do to get this resolved. The vehicle needs to be checked by an independant organisation to check that the vehicle is repaired so that it is safe to drive. After this long period of time, I am also concerned that standing for 3 months is not good for the vehicle, or that it is being used by the repairer BMW Northcliff ARC.

This does indeed help with recovering at least some of the costs I've incurred having to hire, borrow and uber for the last few months.
I however still do not have my car?? and there is no indication of when I will be getting it.
4 months down the line is truly not acceptable.
Keeping me up to date seems to also be a problem with a call here and there just to say that "we are working on it" still no date or actual progress?
