3rd Review - no response - Rejected Claim under false evidence

[THIS IS MY 3RD REVIEW - am im still being ignored]

I've been insured with Discovery for 3 years, with not a single claim or late payment.

My car was hit while parked, and I was honest about the circumstances and provided all reasonable information such as tracker logs, bank statements, and testimony.

Even before the claim was officially assessed I was AGGRESSIVELY treated, and accused of ***** and even potentially drunken driving, which is defamation at its finest as it is entirely untrue. This is no way to treat anyone, especially a loyal customer without evidence.

ALSO, BEFORE ASSESSMENT, Thereafter, once removed from my premises by the Discovery Insure designated Towing company, my vehicle was driven within the Cape Flats, and then finally arrived at the assigned panel beater 3-4 days later. (tracker evidence)

According to the management at Discovery Insure, the engineer/assessor deemed my testimony to be ********** on the basis that my car MUST HAVE BEEN MOVING at the time of the accident and therefore the claim is officially rejected.

However, during the course of the 2 months of assessment, even the internal team at Discovery seconded guessed their engineer/assessor, but no further investigation was done.

> I personally spoke to an assessor/engineer (NetAssess) / company that initially assessed the vehicle, and they said specifically that IT IS NOT POSSIBLE to determine that the car was moving at the time; which contradicts the proposed evidence by the internal assessor/engineer that Discovery Insure utilized to reject my claim.

In my opinion, this leads me to believe that the claim by their internal assessor/engineer may be incentivized to decline or provide false testimony to avoid paying the claims.

Otherwise they would take the EVIDENCE that I provided as truth instead of ignoring the facts.

We pay our premiums, and we do not drive recklessly; as loyal customers, the way we are treated is the way that you are viewed personally and publicly. We expect the same loyalty to us that we have to you.

You failed us in this situation.
