3rd Party joke

Its now nearly a month. Took my car for assessment and heard no news from the assigned agent. She ignores my emails. What is going on at discovery insure. All I want is an update. Why must I chase you for a response? Can you advise when the settlement will be sent. It's more than 2 months since the incident, but you guys don't care. I need to waste my money going for assessments calling you for answers. I hope this is included in the settlement. I want feedback today otherwise I'm taking this further.
