I summitted a claim on the 29th of November 2024 with Discovery over their client who crashed into me during peak traffic and to date, the only email I received was from Eliyahu Munnell to say the claim was accepted and all documents have been acknowledged. However there has been zero communication regarding anything, I am the one consistently calling this guy to no avail and he does not even respond on email. I am now faced with hefty costs on storage over an accident caused buy one of their client. Their clients car has been assessed already and mine nothing has happened yet. No feedback means a company doesn't care, even if they are faced with a backlog every case is important. I am deeply frustrated and disappointed that Discovery can just bypass our claims and only be one sided when it comes to claims.
