3rd Party Claim With no Service

I have a 3rd Party Claim with discovery insure trough my insurance company, the letter of demand was sent on the 9th of December 2020 and i was advised that it will take up to 30 days to validated the claim, its 30 days later and when i called last week it was said that ill receive feedback early in this week now its said that the case worker is on leave my insurance company escalated the matter to management but seems still nothing is happening its a very straight forward case your client made a u Turn and bumped into my car, he admitted guilt at the scene and on the police report so i dont know why its such a time consuming matter
