3rd party claim Discovery DBI *** SST SECURITY SERVICES.

I have submitted a claim 3rd party claim (Discovery DBI *** SST SECURITY SERVICES. party) at your client that drove into me. Accident happened on the 6th off Jan. Mam *** was since the beginning very helpfull .Yesterday your employer *** mailed me. Said they will have to phone your client the driver aftee that they will give me and answer . The answer was given you will not pay my damage caused by your client.

So I asked your client if *** have phoned you? They said no.

So my question is how did *** made tge decision without asking the client driver first about the accident. This discussion happened yesterday the 3rd off Feb 2021. Today the 4th off Feb 2021I have asked your client if anyone phoned; and they said no.

Im without a vehicle since the 6th off January 2021. Our son was also in the car .

I will fight this claim.
