3rd Party Claim!!!!

I am very disgusted by the service from this insurance!!! Nonhlanhla Sinthumule is the consultant that was allocated to deal with my claim. On the 02/06/2021 I was involved in an accident with a discovery client. Her car is fixed while mine is still damaged. No one from discovery has bothered to contact me. From the beginning of the process Nonhlanhla Sinthumule has not contacted me. I had to contact her first to ask for update. I sent her the documents they requested and still NOTHING!!!! Now that your clients vehicle has been fixed you don't even bother fixing my car. It is not my problem that your client bumped into me. I am tired of asking her for an update. I will be leaving her email address as well.
