3rd Party Claim

Good day, I have logged a claim against Discovery for 3rd part damage on my car which was caused by their client. I was hit from the back and right back fender of my car on a public road (Mount Road) in Bryanston. I put the claim in Mid December and no reply recieved since. When I followed up on 5th Jan was told by their agent that they will process my claim because their client say she it was not their fault and that the road was narrow. I then called the client and she said she did no such thing. I request the lady assisting me to forward me the statement where their client states it was not her fault and she said she would. Two days later I still hadnt received this. When I then called her she told me she is not sending me anything and that I must now get a witness.
