3 Weeks with no water !!!!

Three weeks ago a hot water pipe burst in my wall flooding my kitchen and bathroom, it took Discovery four days to send a plumber to seal off the pipe so I could have water in the bathroom. Hence we had absolutely no water for four days. Three weeks later I'm still waiting for Discovery to get the repair started leaving me to carry buckets of water from the bathroom to the kitchen to wash dishes etc. The communication from Discovery has been absolutely disappointing and I still don't know when work will commence. My wife has had cancer operations and cannot lift heavy buckets of water and has to wait for me to carry water for her. I have spoken with my broker numerous times but at the end of the day, this is all Discovery Insurance fault and it makes me wonder what type of insurance are they actually offering to the public.
