3 weeks no response, clearly no one works in claims

Absolutely pathetic service, despite increasing premiums no one has the decency to contact me. 3 weeks of constant emails and calls which no one responds to, both Fazeela Tennant and her manager Jathin Matura have no gotten back to us.
