3 months later claim not completes

This is a follow up to my initial report (1month ago) where discovery decided to take back the courtesy car coz my 30day period had been over. So the heads of department decided that i shouldnt get an extension on the courtesy car coz it was not their fault that the repairer that THEY chose could not get the parts. Its been a month now and the car is still not ready. The repairer Thompson's Panelbeaters keep saying \I cant promise you but i will try to have it ready by Friday "- for 3 weeks now.<br> 1. I have to make follow up calls myself to the repairers Thompson's Panelbeaters in polokwane.<br> 2. Discovery does not have the courtesy to inform me of whats going on. No apologies for delays"
