3 Months and 10 days and still no resolution

We had a ******* at my house on the 13th of February 2019 where 3 armed ******s got away with several items from our house including our car which was located by my tracker within hours.

To cut a very long story short, My car was finally repaired after sitting at the police pound for a month and writing some hello peter complains.

This matter is still not resolved. I finally got my car back but with the warranty and service plan voided because my car has been flagged as ******. It has been a tiring back and forth with one of your agents to get this resolved without any resolution.

The aim of insurance is to get one back to the state where they were before, which you are refusing to do. When my car was ******, it had a balance of 10 months warranty with a service plan which it now doesn't.

If you won't get the 10 months warranty and service plan reinstated, you should replace the car with another which has the same.
