2nd time, it still sucks!

This is the 2nd time I'm claiming from Discovery Insure for car damages from an accident. The 1st time my car was taken to Eljone or something in Centurion, horrible service received there and when I took this matter up with Discovery, my complaint was ignored. The 2nd time, I decided to go with Centurion panel eaters. To my shock, the experience was worse. I dealt with a Ettiene, unprofessional, rude, *********** and unreliable. I've had to phone every time to get an update regarding my car. The repairs on my car were supposed to take 12 days, today is day 30 and I have been phoning BOTH Discovery Insure (to escalate and hopefully get assistance) and Panelbeaters. Terrible service from both, I get why they're partners. After this, I pray to God I never have to deal with neither of the companies ever again!
