29 Days still no Assessment Report and Direction as to what next
I had an accident on the 8th November 2018 around 16:40/45 and still waiting for feedback on the assessment from Discovery .I don’t know whats happening with my car .I am frustrated;30 days car hire lapses tomorrow .I was planning on going home for christmas but now that is impossible .Nonetheless On thursday 6th December I got an email stating a claims specialist will call me as soon as possible and still waiting .Honestly this is frustrating and for people like me who dont like arguing/fighting ,I am left helpless and asking so many whys

31 Jan 2019, 12:54It will be 3 months on 8 February without my car and no I am not looking for a courtesy car but I want my car .I am paying monthly instalments for insurance on a vehicle. I am not driving vehicle yet my driving status points are going to single digits .Discovery is pathetic;money making skeem.They giving me sleepless nights .Honestly;they are just abusive emotionally because they know you cant take them on as they covered by some fine print and have lawyers while you as a normal person must just suffer ;purely suffer !!!!I feel sorry for anyone joining discovery .My advice stay away
