20 days since accident and no Solution on sight - no accountability

Discovery insure is made my vehicle accident even more traumatic than it should , today is day 20 since I was involved in an accident and still no finalisation of my claim. My 30 days vehicle rental has gone to 21days of waste and the vehicle is accummulating storage fees where its parked and I keep getting waiting for assessor review. I have had to run around assist in getting repair quotes and my insurance wants to claim I had a choice into where the vehicle was towed? they approved the towing company taking the vehicle there and its a place that has o customer service with a record of numerous delays in repairing vehicles and poor workmanship. Please can I have my claim finalised so I can focus on my work and dont have to deal with this trauma of the unknown?
