2 Year issue... still not resolved

<p>In 2015 we sold a vehicle and asked Discovery to remove the DQ tracker. An appointment was made and as far as I know it was done. Now, two years later, THE CAR IS STILL ON MY PROFILE. Now I am wondering is this is the reason I have such poor montly rewards? Because I am scored on the driving behaviour of someone that I do not even know?</p> <p>We have had so many issues with this matter, we gave up... Discovery Insure tracked another vehicl(that I do not own or drive) on my profile. It took MONTHS to sort out, eventually I was told to get my money from my husband's parents (who received my monthly rewards and I recieved theirs) because our profiles got mixed up. This is not acceptable, I want this sorted out. I want to know why a car that should not be on my profile is still there and how this affected my montly rewards.</p>
