2 weeks later still, still promising and not delivering

<p>2 weeks ago a posted a complaint on hello Peter, regarding my car insurance and dq tracker and the quotes I received. A consultant called me and promised to work on my query and find a solution for me, he called me the following day telling me that he's still pulling out records and until today I'm still waiting.... The pathetic service continues from our beloved discovery.... </p>
