17% price increase

Discovery Insure have just hiked our insurance premium by 17% and will not even entertain a discussion or negotiation. They never call back and the standard answer I get from the call center is that it's been escalated to the finance department and there's nothing they can do to reduce the premium. Previous insurance companies are at least willing to try and negotiate but Discovery are simply not interested. Totally unacceptable.
