I wad involved in an accident in August and the accident was caused by a client of discovery. I submitted all the necessary documents for the 3rd party claim to be processed. Its been 2months and was promised an assessor will call me and nothin gas transpired from that. I try to call and e-mail but no one response to my query. I'm so angry that I'm considering taking this issue to the ombudsman
