10.5% increase in premium "in case you claim"

I have never in my life been told that my premiums are being increased by 10.5% "in case of future claims" before. This despite the fact that i have had no claims for over three years, i work from home 70 to 80% of my time still so my risk profile is lowered even more.. And then to be told that they can pass it on to retentions but that the chances of it being lowered are slim because i am already on the "highest" discount level. I fully intend to move my insurance and my medical aid as i do not see why Discovery should get my business. It is disgusting!
