1 year to fix vehicle- Discovery Service provider

I would like to complain about Discovery Insure.<br> Discovery referred me to East Rand Motolab to repair my vehicle after a collision.<br> East rand motolab messed up the colour of my vehicle and the door that they sprayed was a different colour to the rest of the car.<br> Needless to say that my vehicle has been returned to motolab 5 times, each time they either spray it again with the wrong colour paint or they flattened and polish it to \attempt\" to blend it in order for it to look the same as the rest of the vehicle.<br> Discovery Management suggested that the entire 1 side of the vehicle be re-sprayed in order to rectify the problem.<br> This was communicated to myself and my Discovery Broker - Sam Dunlop, as well as East Rand Motolab.<br> Now after a week of having my vehicle, Jaco from Discovery called me and informed that my vehicle was flattened and polished once again and not resprayed as agreed upon by all parties.<br> Jaco also informed me telephonically that he is happy with the car and that the case has been closed.<br> im very disappointed in the resolution & lack of backing from Discovery Insure.<br> <br> Regards<br> <br> Joe Appalsamy"
