I have been with this Discovery Car Insure for more that 5 Years , and I have never Claim , Was involved in a car accident , I called the Insurance on the 02/02/2018 .They promised to fix the car. Few hours later , they sent me a letter , saying they will buy my car at R36100.00. Then i said but I am not selling my car , but I only need it to be fixed . They sent my bakkie to Auction (Auction Nation) because i did not wanna to accept that offer .I went to pick my bakkie yesterday at Auction Nation Centurion where they had sent it ,at my own cost and took it to my House .My car has not been fixed till this day . They have withdrawn the Claim as I have refused to sell my car .I am angry . This people have stressed me , I am 79 Years and what they have put me through is just not acceptable .
