BEING IN PAIN AND PUSHED FROM YOUR DOCTOR TO YOUR MEDICAL AID BACK TO YOUR DOCTOR IS HONESTLY SOMETHING I WONT WISH UPON MY HATERS. I think that briefly sums up my experience over the past two weeks. Now this is my first time posting and while I started of quite negative this post is truly an appreciation post, to a gentleman I define as my Knight in shining armor!. Today as I picked up my phone to make another exhausting call to discovery to find a way forward, I didn't expect to be put through to someone that honestly cared! ZWELETHU, YOU NOT ONLY UNDERSTOOD AND SYMPATHIZED WITH MY PAIN, YOU ACTUALLY MADE IT YOUR DUTY TO FIND A RESOLVE. Your passion for your job truly is contagious, having been in the service industry for years I have myself truly experiencing a higher level of respect for people like Zwelethu , you sir are truly the ambassador of what great customer service looks like. While my query is still being looked at , I am confident and at ease as I know its being handled by Zwelethu! Oh and the best part, he said he would call me back to keep me updated, guess what!
